iOFFICE by Eptura vs. LG Direct View LED

You can book multiple spaces for the day with one log in. IOffice is easy to use / I was trained by reading a few PowerPoint slides and could use it immediately. With Covid protocols in place it was important in be able to book space when needed since many of our offices were closed due to mitigation efforts

This is a magnificent screen and projector that comes in a variety of sizes and in both 2K and 4K (and maybe even 8K). It has a dazzling display which makes sense if you have a large wall that needs to be visible both nearby and further away. But the cost is very high (and currently it's a bit cumbersome to order these and get them installed), so they do not make sense for smaller or less profitable organizations. If you have a ton of extra money and want to impress, then big yes to the LG DVLED!

• It is very good at plotting out office seating.
• We also use it for mail and package logging and notification and tracking.
• It is very useful in creating seating charts and floor plans.

• The thing I would like to see is the ability to add the office or room dimensions and plot out seating such as in conference rooms.
• The version I have requires me to have to contact the company rep to make changes to the configuration in the software.

I was an end user and was not involved in the selection of the systems

To be honest, I heard a lot about it, so I asked my employer to go with it. And they choose it. Now it helped us to make a better work environment in our office. Even some other guys from the same floor also ordered it because it comes with all you need.

• 100% of staff you needed to be in office were required to use iOffice
• Follow up surveys on iOffice use had a 95% positive response by users
• Once pilot was completed, over 350 staff completed training and used iOffice since 2021

• Allow user to have projector and screen in one (space saver).
• Impress and retain clients.
• But very expensive (and ultimately too expensive for us).
