iOFFICE by Eptura vs. QuickESign

You can book multiple spaces for the day with one log in. IOffice is easy to use / I was trained by reading a few PowerPoint slides and could use it immediately. With Covid protocols in place it was important in be able to book space when needed since many of our offices were closed due to mitigation efforts

If you need a solution that is so simple and easy to use and if you don't need any fancy/complex layouts then QuickESign is the best application for you. We can create various texts on our TVs using this application so easily that it literally takes seconds to publish the same. Also, the application is super easy to install and use.

• It is very good at plotting out office seating.
• We also use it for mail and package logging and notification and tracking.
• It is very useful in creating seating charts and floor plans.

• The thing I would like to see is the ability to add the office or room dimensions and plot out seating such as in conference rooms.
• The version I have requires me to have to contact the company rep to make changes to the configuration in the software.

• It's really hard to create custom animations
• Only a set of predefined themes can be used and we cannot create any new ones
• Difficult to update the signage at some points of time

I was an end user and was not involved in the selection of the systems

QuickESign is super easy and it's affordable to use. We selected this product because it has a lot of popularity among other companies and they have given us good feedback. Almost all our needs in regards to E-signage can be done using QuickESign. Also, the widgets are really cool and easy to set up on any screen we like.

• 100% of staff you needed to be in office were required to use iOffice
• Follow up surveys on iOffice use had a 95% positive response by users
• Once pilot was completed, over 350 staff completed training and used iOffice since 2021

• We can now manage our employees and guests easily
• Easy to pass information to the staff
• There is no need for audio announcements
• Shorter waiting time for staff appointments
