From iReview's reports, the user can see what are the most used words and phrases from customers, and analyze the most used keywords and phrases from customers.

Keywords and Phrases can be divided into positive and negative based on the reviews received and the ratings that they possessed. The user can check which keyword or phrase is being used in negative reviews the most. Making customers happy and receiving 5-star reviews from them is a win-win situation.
