J.B. Hunt 360 vs. Truckstop Load Board

J.B Hunt is well suited for a variety of tasks such as finding available loads, making offers on the loads needed, dispatching drivers for specific loads, getting notifications etc. In short it is suited to provide a complete end to end package from finding, offering, tracking, tracing and invoicing shipments. J.B Hunt being the largest service provider in logistics has alot of comprehensive systems that makes life easier for clients such as us. Seamless process flows and its integration towards technology is reducing manual work to a great extent.

Truckstop can be used as a goto Loadboard for instant rates but the data is becoming less reliable. It’s needs to be worked on.

• Constant communication before and during pickup and delivery
• All necessary documentation are ready upon dispatch
• There software has 98% uptime, which is always great

• Application freezes at times
• Option to report delays or issues can be a plus

• Too many windows open to check details of a load
• old loads are not taken down for days
• Screen is not as friendly as other load boards
• Not easy on the eyes...too busy
