Overall Satisfaction with J.B. Hunt 360

I use J.B. Hunt 360 in my organization to book freight in my business. The product helps streamline lanes and keep trucks moving with or without a trailer. It also keeps load and unload times incredibly very low with their drop and hook implementation in the power only division.
  • Constant communication before and during pickup and delivery
  • All necessary documentation are ready upon dispatch
  • There software has 98% uptime, which is always great
  • In my opinion, J.B. Hunt 360 seriously needs improvement on the bidding process
  • In my opinion, J.B. Hunt 360 seriously needs improvement on current rates of lanes
  • In my opinion, J.B. Hunt 360 seriously needs improvement on after hours and weekend staff
  • Automatic booking
  • Internal dispatching for my company trucks
  • Savings accrued while using their platform
  • Most of revenue generated was through the JB Hunt 360- 6 Figures in previous year
  • Some loads cancel, without any effect of JB Hunt to replace them
  • JB Hunt have a great incentives

J.B. Hunt 360 is well suited for the new authority that only has a trailer, it is very helpful to get that back office support when just starting out. It give you plenty of time learn the business. They are less appropriate for an authority holder who has their own truck and trailer.
