Kompassify is recommended for all product marketing professionals who want to communicate with their customers directly, clearly, and without needing a tech team. In my daily work, I use the platform to send in-app notifications to customers, guide my users through menus and features with tooltips, and announce new products and marketing campaigns. We still encounter many bugs and anomalies when editing materials within the platform, problems that we need to solve using creative, but not ideal, methods. Despite this, we have dedicated support that listens to our complaints and helps us get the most out of the platform. Kompassify is a great ally for product marketing professionals and can bring significant returns when used correctly. Ainda encontramos muitos bugs e anomalias na edição de materiais dentro da plataforma, problemas que precisamos solucionar utilizando formas criativas, mas não adequedas. Apesar disso, temos um suporte dedicado, que escuta nossas queixas e nos ajuda a extrair o máximo da plaforma. O Kompassify é um ótimo aliado para profissionais de marketing de produto e pode trazer bastante retorno, quando bem utilizado.
