Appropriate if you have yearly stock option plans, and more than 50 employees, as all the automation proposed with e-signature makes sense if you have a massive closing plan to achieve, and many plans to follow up, with option caducity/sunset, and its impact on the company captable, and its registers/ledgers

Carta is not adapted to the french regulation and french market Carta is much more complex to use, and less user friendly
