Kaspersky Anti Targeted Attack Platform vs. ZeroFOX

I would say it is less appropriate for an organization which is looking to implement a tool within a short period of time. However, we found support on the web forum as well as from support team and were given solutions always. It was somewhat a relief for the users. We were not in a position to provide further IT security resources. And Anti Targeted Attack Platform did not require such. The tool was able to identify and eliminate a critical threat right after the implementation.

ZeroFOX is well suited for companies who want to track and takedown accounts that are impersonating them but isn’t so great for personal use - it’s built well for medium large companies who have a large workload.

• Complex attacks are identified frequently.
• Advanced thread intelligence.
• Privacy of all data is very well maintained.

• Great overall picture of all accounts that aren’t protected by our company.
• UI is very easy to use and quick clicks let you navigate to where to need to be efficiently.
• Very fast customer service - we have a company partner that responds quickly and to the point.

• False positives were identified frequently.
• Implementing rules are a very complex process.
• UI crashes were spotted randomly.
• Deployment needs to be much smoother.

• Would like to see email integration within the system if possible.
• Would be great to have language options within the system for quick translations.

• Implementation did not go as planned. Therefore, time consumption was increased.
• Since we moved out of the tool, we had to consider another which costed time.

• Reducing rogue threats may have saved us from negative situations where customers may have thought an impersonating account was really us.
• Prevention of social media backlash.
