Kenz Innovation HCM vs. Quickbooks Workforce

Much of the front-end employee onboarding is handled via a simple link. Further, when the employees have questions about their time, schedule, pay stubs, etc., they know they can log in to Workforce and 9 times out of 10 get the answer to their question. It has saved me a lot of time in that aspect.

• Can integrate some more features such as Claim Processing

• Time off requests can get a little confusing, especially for hourly employees who may not be scheduled for 8 hours, but the default time off is set to 8 hours. I wish it matched their schedules because I have to correct time balances a lot.

Users only need to enter their information and the rest of all the processing will be handled by the tool.

Very easy and intuitive to use. Easy to get people started without a steep learning curve. Able to track changes.

Quickbooks Online Payroll is so much simpler, better suited for business with regular salary or hourly employees that do not have different work schedules
