Much cheaper than the alternatives, cloud based so no management on our half, great with automation. Was able to hook into our existing tooling to provide additional capabilities to our users via the platforms they were already familiar with, and allowed us to now have visibility into the certs they were managing via those other tools.

    Usability
    Keyfactor
It worked great with many internal tools that we had without any crazy custom scripting or configurations, which allowed for automation and usage from users much easier than before. As a PKI admin, it also gave us a much better idea of our PKI landscape since now it allowed us to see those certs in addition to external ones via the scanning tool and see where we needed to work on.

Cheaper, more automation capability and much MUCH less management on our half (minus digicert but its an external CA platform) which caused many issues in the past with general everyday use as well as bugs when upgrading which caused us to be stuck on a legacy version due to the upgrade being such a pain and not working most of the time.
