KingSumo vs. Second Street

When I first started my business, I wanted to ensure that a lot of people understood who we were and why we were there. With KingSumo, it helped my business turn leads into loyal followers of our brand. I think in the world we live in, you have a short amount of time to try to win over the eyes of your prospective client, and the tools given to me by this software helped me immensely. Conversely, I think I should say while it was easy for us to learn this software and how to feel good about implementing it in our day to day lives, I think that some newer users to software such as this may be fearful of learning a software without a proper video tutorial.

The variety of the premade Turnkeys are great for sourcing out an idea for almost every customer.

• The quarterly national contest are very easy to get started and put our own local spin on to drive more engagement.
• THe support that we get when we do run into issues is very helpful and knowledgeable
• The database of premade content is extensive and we can almost always find something close to what we were looking for.

• The "no video tutorial" can be hard for some users
• Occasional glitchyness, but nothing not dealt with on other software

• when you are browsing thru the premade selections if you choose one it automatically puts it into your listing instead of giving you a choice.
• although each year it gets better we have trouble with the basket ball bracket and getting it set up

Nice programming, mostly plug and play features make it easy to build whatever campaign you are trying to design

I think it is apples and oranges. Kingsumo has a purpose and sets out on an easy path to get you to where you need to be. Other test management software, in my opinion, have gimmicks to them, and what I am looking for in the small business world I am in is simplicity and ease. KingSumo does just that!

• More efficient with processes because of it
• Very cost-effective even for the smallest of businesses
• Return on Investment was great so far

• allows us to look more prevalent in the digital world with a lot of variety in tools we have access to
