We use it for the national contests each quarter and to build our own quizzes and polls. Some for aour customers and some for our newsroom
Pros
- The quarterly national contest are very easy to get started and put our own local spin on to drive more engagement.
- THe support that we get when we do run into issues is very helpful and knowledgeable
- The database of premade content is extensive and we can almost always find something close to what we were looking for.
Cons
- when you are browsing thru the premade selections if you choose one it automatically puts it into your listing instead of giving you a choice.
- although each year it gets better we have trouble with the basket ball bracket and getting it set up
- allows us to look more prevalent in the digital world with a lot of variety in tools we have access to
- easy to read reports with graphics lets us show the customer the win and show the demographic information when selected
each program has different special uses and aspects that make them stand apart
