It is well suited for doing a pre screening of candidates on certain assessments. Whenever you post a requirement, you get lot of applications, so the initial screening on the technical skills can be done by giving them a skilled assessment, which will help us to filter candidates better and this also saves the time of the actual interviews as they would get better screened candidates.
