Laiye RPA vs. mPower Business Process Automation

Laiye RPA is suited in repeating and stable business processes which are rule driven, such as finance, human resource, tax report, logistics (stock in and stock out), sales orders to account receivable, and purchase orders to account payable, and etc. It is not appropriate in situation where flexibility is required to complete tasks, or human to human communication is a key factor.

mPower is well suited in all the team management and tagging details. I can check my team members and their access details on mPower. I can check their employee codes and their current band. It is a complete help for all the tagging issues and changes with HR. Employee leaves and resignation can also be managed easily with mPower.

• Very stable, avoid the embarrassment of system crash.
• The cost of learning is very low, ready to use.
• Rich tutorial, easy to expand different scenes.

• User friendly interphase.
• All the information is easily accessible.
• Big font data makes it easier to understand and raise tickets.

• Language capabilities improvement including Mongolian.

• It is a bridge for other portals like Mynd.
• MPower is not a complete solution and needs the support of other portals.

Besides the competitive pricing, I really feel its OCR feature is one of a kind and a major distinguishing factor which gives Laiye RPA an upper hand against other RPA vendors whose OCR features are a little weak in comparison. A further differentiator is the low-code factor that has allowed us to scale easily across the company.
