Layer2 Cloud Connector vs. Pabbly

We had a scenario where our clients have thousands of external party vendors/committees who regularly sync SharePoint data. Managing thousands of external parties can never be possible without using a Layer2 cloud connector. We managed the local network sharing and SharePoint integration by using the Layer2 connector. Layer2 is convenient with a large amount of data as the per-user license is high.

• It is great for companies or people that are using software that is mainstream and would like to extend the capability of that software with added features.
• Also great for companies that use more than 1 software and need to have them interact with each other to make them more efficient
• Great for companies that need to automate functions that are repetitive throughout the organization

• Layer2 provides best connectivity with SharePoint
• It syncs local network shared files to the SharePoint
• Provides details file history

• Connect software applications that are not already integrated or connected
• Automate processes within a single software
• Transform data and then using that data across different software applications

• Per User cost is expensive
• A lot of pre-requisites
• UI needs to be more user-friendly

• The trigger action needs improvement
• The method of connecting different software also needs to be simplified
• The actions for some software applications need to have more capability (things that can be done between different software)

I really enjoy using Pabbly, it is fast, pretty simple, has lot of connections and support has been fairly helpful. I would give it just a higher rating if it came with a faster live chat and more templates for non techies like myself but overall has been reliable, usable with no bugs, and helpful to connect tasks especially any google sheet/doc/form etc task

We had also used Microsoft One Drive as a syncing tool but it requires Office365 for managing and syncing data across thousands of vendors which was not practically possible to manage users on Office 365. Layer2 resolved this issue by having 3 user licenses and they are enough to periodically sync all external parties' data with our SharePoint online.

I think Integrately has a superior UX, it is a little easier and less techy to use, but doesn't have the amount of integrations that Pabbly has. So far, a lot more softwares offer Pabbly connection than Integratly and that is really the deciding factor

• Layer2 resolves the time management issue
• Resolved data syncing issues across different external vendors
• LOE optimisation with using Layer2 connector.

• Saved us thousands of dollars in manual labor costs
• Made us more profitable due to automating our marketing effort
• Allowed us to meet with more prospects by reducing our effort
• Made us more intelligent by capturing important information that we were not able to capture
