There were a lot of growing pains with inputting the leases. Their new interface is much better and has solved alot of these issues.

We demoed several lease softwares. LeaseQuery was the only one that allowed the variations we needed including: different reporting structures and lessor and lessee accounting.

  • The calculation for ASC842 is the major reason we are using Trullion, this works well.
  • The ease of adding new leases is a positive.
  • The idea of having all leases in one spot as opposed to having to search through shared drives and folders.
