Likelihood to Recommend	Vertiv (formerly Emerson Network Power) Liebert is the current best when it comes to the cost to service graphs. The data centers in India have them as their first choice for Air cooling for the racks. My experience has always been positive from Vertiv. One place they can improve is on servicing and maintenance of old appliances and machines. sometimes it takes a bit too long to find part replacements.
