Shiprocket has greatly helped our business. When we first started, I believe Shiprocket was the only partner available in the market who was offering last mile services. We have been able to deliver tons of orders on time, gained so much customer satisfaction. W2S (Way2Send) was a pain in the back for us as we could not perform most basic operations ourselves. Almost each task had to be performed by system admins.
