Logility vs. Resonate

How well the system is going to match with the company's business.

If you have a client in an industry that has privacy restrictions (health care, education, etc.), Resonate allows you to still gain an important understanding of who your audience is and then activate to look-a-like audiences through the Resonate platform. This has been extremely beneficial for our agency. Site and impression tags also allow you to compare who you are reaching vs who is actually interacting with your ads, which can help fill in the gaps of a campaign or highlight areas to increase investments

• Can go down to the very detailed level to manage forecast.
• Easy to maintain and control .
• User friendly.

• Support - the support team at Resonate is incredible
• Resonate is constantly making updates and communicating these updates to our agency
• Ability to gain insights in industries that have privacy concerns, while staying compliant with all privacy laws

• Product profile for different seasons without adding another module.
• Eliminate manual work.

• The amount of insights can be overwhelming, but Resonate's new AI platform will help to alleviate the headache of trying to sift through thousands of insights
• No other complaints/constructive criticism beyond that, we're extremely happy with Resonate!

Need more time to prove that the system really helps the company.

I didn't make the decision to select Logility.

• Save time by reducing the manual work.

• Allows us to make better informed decisions with who we target
• Ability to create an additional avenue for profit through Resonate's services
• Use in new business pitches to get an understanding of who the potential client's audience is without any first party data
