Works really well for us. The software is provided by our state board of Realtors for our use as a benefit for the annual dues we pay. Our team members can step into a folder and create offers with ease. We can add external PDFs & other documents to the folders for storage.

Qualia is well suited for all title companies - it allows companies to keep a precise record of each transaction & maintain communication with all parties of the transaction.

• A few areas are a little difficult to change on the settlement statements and so we have to go in manually and make those changes.

Qualia is much easier to use. Other products don't have a central system to easily jump from task to task
