Lone Wolf Transactions vs. Yardi Breeze

Works really well for us. The software is provided by our state board of Realtors for our use as a benefit for the annual dues we pay. Our team members can step into a folder and create offers with ease. We can add external PDFs & other documents to the folders for storage.

Yardi Breeze is awesome if you're a residential property manager. It has all the bells and whistles. However, it does work well for commercial properties.

Yardi Breeze's customer support is outstanding. Whether it be on the phone, through email, online webinars, or just the help menu, Yardi Breeze's support is unmatched.

Yardi Breeze is Yardi Voyager's little brother. Yardi Breeze is more streamlined and easier to use that Voyager. Both Yardi programs always met the needs of my organization. When I switched companies, the first question I was ask was, which property management software do you prefer? My answer was Yardi Breeze and always will be Yardi Breeze.
