Any business, regardless of size, can benefit from using Symantec Mail Security. It's very well customizable, easy to use and set up, and easy to maintain. It's a great tool to avoid unsolicited messages, security issues, phishing attacks, viruses, etc. It's really reassuring that the software is kept up-to-date, so we can be sure to be protected should a new kind of attack emerge.

• Ability to alert a variety of statuses to administrators via email
• Shows health status of the appliance to ensure proper functionality

• External storage configuration is complex to set up
• Customer support is average, can be slow depending on the type of issue or request

MailGate works well with administrative control and ease of use for setting up TLS connectivity between clients
