Usage beyond that is $0.10 per 1,000, added to the next renewal invoice, under a monthly sending cap you set (default 100,000, up to 1,000,000). The free BYOC plan is free forever, with no credit card required and no time limit. When a free BYOC or Managed plan reaches its monthly limit, API requests return HTTP 429 until the month resets.
