ManageEngine DataSecurity Plus vs. McAfee SmartFilter (Discontinued)

Manage Engine Data Security Plus is very capable of tracking modifications to specified files within fileservers. This specific part is easy to set up and control. It also is able to easily identify "junk" files which can then be addressed with the end-user. Setup for risk analysis can use some improvement.

SmartFilter is well suited anywhere URL filtering is needed.

• Track disk space for filesystems monitored.

• Management of product is easy. Rules can be applied by AD group membership.
