Manage Engine Data Security Plus is very capable of tracking modifications to specified files within fileservers. This specific part is easy to set up and control. It also is able to easily identify "junk" files which can then be addressed with the end-user. Setup for risk analysis can use some improvement.

It's good for finding issues in SSH, ec2 instances, and so on. But it's not good at finding stuff for Serverless lambdas, for containers and some more.
