Manatal vs. Phished

Storage of applicants data for tracking their profiles for relevant openings through metadata tagging, interview management and job listing locations scouting and best ways to post them are a few scenarios where we found that Manatal is suited very well.

Phished was very easy to implement at my organization. We have had no issues with my team navigating this software. The platform is extremely user friendly. I would recommend Phished to any company looking to protect themself against cyber attacks. This software is an asset that definitely pays for itself in the long run. You can never be too safe!

• ATS and CRM are all in one app.
• Automated handling of duplicate candidates.
• Job board postings on LinkedIn can be done automatically.
• It's very simple to use.
• Career page with the ability to be customized.
• There are too many good things about this to list here.

• Provides simulations to help increase cyber threat awareness
• Provides continual active reporting to lock out cyber attacks
• Provides their "Behavioral Risk Score" to monitor the organization's security status at all times

• I would like more testing and personalized simulations added
• It would be great to have job role specific training so each different department knows better of the cyber threats that might come their particular way
• More detailed status reports would certainly be beneficial

First of all, there is an hands on live training after you submit your interest form. The account manager for you will explain in language of choice (in our case: Thai). Then, there is an ongoing support and online repository for how to guielines. And all the guidance materials are described in graphics so it's pretty easy to learn. But yeah, the first video live training, you need to focus 100% to get the most in the shortest time!

They are very helpful and reply within a couple of minutes.

Manatal fits best when it comes to job requisition and candidate management, though platforms like ZipRecruiter are used widely in the industry, Manatal still has some features which make it an outstanding system like resume parsing to find the apt skill set of candidates for matching them with the job.

Phished seemed like the better alternative for my organization. I have used Barracuda in the past with another employer. That software doesn't provide the status reports that Phished does. Barracuda filters company wide emails which seems like a good feature, but can be detrimental when "safe" emails aren't making their way through. Phished has a better monitoring system overall

• reduced time to track applicants in the market as well as in our system
• helped in better profile screening and matching them for openings with required skillset
• Manatal directs us to better scheduling methods and dates based on best time of our interviewers availability
• ease of job posting for our employees for vacancies in their teams

• Phished has helped us protect against data breaches which in return protects our profits and maintain client retention
• Phished has freed up project management tasks for our IT department since the software is always monitoring cyber attacks
• Phished has allowed my organization to meet its annual cyber protection goals
