Manatal vs. ProHance

Storage of applicants data for tracking their profiles for relevant openings through metadata tagging, interview management and job listing locations scouting and best ways to post them are a few scenarios where we found that Manatal is suited very well.

ProHance is best suited in a BPO/Tele-Caller kind of office setup where employees are tracked on the basis of the tasks that they perform and not the outcomes. The employees should work on system provided desktops and during fixed timings that are closely monitored by the organization. For Outcome based evaluations, this is not the right tool in the market. There are also trust issues on the platform where employees can game the system by providing faulty declarations.

• ATS and CRM are all in one app.
• Automated handling of duplicate candidates.
• Job board postings on LinkedIn can be done automatically.
• It's very simple to use.
• Career page with the ability to be customized.
• There are too many good things about this to list here.

First of all, there is an hands on live training after you submit your interest form. The account manager for you will explain in language of choice (in our case: Thai). Then, there is an ongoing support and online repository for how to guielines. And all the guidance materials are described in graphics so it's pretty easy to learn. But yeah, the first video live training, you need to focus 100% to get the most in the shortest time!

It is a good tool for task based employee tracking and monitoring but not a good investment in the cases of outcome based employee evaluations. The hypothesis of the platform is fundamentally flawed. For example, if an employee spends 2 hours manually copying data from one Excel file to another, and another employee spends a minute writing a formula that automates the whole process, ProHance will rank the former as the more efficient one vs the latter

They are very helpful and reply within a couple of minutes.

Manatal fits best when it comes to job requisition and candidate management, though platforms like ZipRecruiter are used widely in the industry, Manatal still has some features which make it an outstanding system like resume parsing to find the apt skill set of candidates for matching them with the job.

• reduced time to track applicants in the market as well as in our system
• helped in better profile screening and matching them for openings with required skillset
• Manatal directs us to better scheduling methods and dates based on best time of our interviewers availability
• ease of job posting for our employees for vacancies in their teams
