Manatal vs. SkyPrep LMS

Storage of applicants data for tracking their profiles for relevant openings through metadata tagging, interview management and job listing locations scouting and best ways to post them are a few scenarios where we found that Manatal is suited very well.

SkyPrep LMS is well-suited to organizations that do not currently utilize an LMS. The support provided from step one through implementation is excellent. SkyPrep LMS not only wants to help make an organization run more efficiently when it comes to upskilling employees and/or clients, they also want to learn from the needs of organizations in order to better serve all of their clients.

• ATS and CRM are all in one app.
• Automated handling of duplicate candidates.
• Job board postings on LinkedIn can be done automatically.
• It's very simple to use.
• Career page with the ability to be customized.
• There are too many good things about this to list here.

• Building a class is super easy from pre-recorded powerpoints, videos
• Assessment Building and Quizzes are user friendly
• The reporting features for both internal and external use by clients is robust, but also controllable
• Very extensive administrative features can be administered dependent on client/company needs

• Many of the features in the newly released "Studio" are difficult to understand
• It would be great if I had more control of what data my dashboard contained
• Need to streamline their email delivery system and offer fewer but richer features.

I say 9 instead of 10 not because of any lack of confidence in SkyPrep but only because I can't be sure how large or responsive my market -- male-friendly social workers and other helping professionals -- will be to my offerings.

First of all, there is an hands on live training after you submit your interest form. The account manager for you will explain in language of choice (in our case: Thai). Then, there is an ongoing support and online repository for how to guielines. And all the guidance materials are described in graphics so it's pretty easy to learn. But yeah, the first video live training, you need to focus 100% to get the most in the shortest time!

The user interface is simple, clean, and intuitive to use for both learners and educators. Learning modules can be arranged in any fashion creators/educators desire and have assessments embedded within. Ordering of modules can be enforced, and content can be made optional or required easily. Everything is from top to bottom is customizable.

They are very helpful and reply within a couple of minutes.

Manatal fits best when it comes to job requisition and candidate management, though platforms like ZipRecruiter are used widely in the industry, Manatal still has some features which make it an outstanding system like resume parsing to find the apt skill set of candidates for matching them with the job.

SkyPrep LMS was the most cost-effective solution that had all our desired features and functionality. Each platform has a lot of similarities and for us, ensuring ease of navigation and cost were top priorities. SkyPrep LMS appeared to be the most user-friendly -- the others had great features and functions, but SkyPrep LMS appeared as the cleanest.

• reduced time to track applicants in the market as well as in our system
• helped in better profile screening and matching them for openings with required skillset
• Manatal directs us to better scheduling methods and dates based on best time of our interviewers availability
• ease of job posting for our employees for vacancies in their teams

• Previously we had a limited # of clients who paid for access to our LMS. SkyPrep LMS allows us to proudly charge for access to our LMS now. We expect to achieve our ROI in the next 12 - 34 months.
