in VOIP to VOIP calls routing when we transferred call from One operator to another operator. in that case Ribbon Session Border controller is well suited in Ribbon we can easily applied the Routing manipulation rules . it is also certified from Microsft Teams , so we can also use in MS Teams call scenario
