Overall Satisfaction with Ribbon Session Border Controller (SBC)

We are using Ribbon SBC for VOIP calls routing in my current organization. where we can convert TDM calls to VOIP calls and VOIP to VOIP call through edge of the network . we used Ribbon 2900 , Ribbon 4808 , Ribbon 6000 and Ribbon 7300 .
Ribbon 4808 is used for voip solution as well as for T1 connections , PRI ,
  • VOIP Call Routing
  • Firewall
  • ALG , B2bua
  • it should have easy definition of routing manipulation rules.
  • Cost should be reduced
  • GUI can be simple
  • its worth it to use in our solution.
  • it helps organization to save cost.
  • it helps to manage multiple customer.

in VOIP to VOIP calls routing when we transferred call from One operator to another operator. in that case Ribbon Session Border controller is well suited

in Ribbon we can easily applied the Routing manipulation rules . it is also certified from Microsft Teams , so we can also use in MS Teams call scenario.
