Manhattan Active Customer Engagement vs. Vivun

The cloud-native technological architecture on which Manhattan Active WM is built is designed for scalability, flexibility, and easy upgradeability. A responsive user interface, which is available on a tablet or fixed station and supports several of these operations, provides the unified control capabilities of the system. There are some major gaps in feature functionality that I would expect for a tool that is supposed to integrate well with SFDC. For instance, notes do not format in SFDC the way they do in Hero, by Vivun. Also, sales notes do not carry over from SFDC to Hero, by Vivun, so I still find myself logging into SFDC to view important info.
