Overall Satisfaction with Hero, by Vivun

Salesforce is not a tool that is very conducive to the pre-sales technical workflow for a sales opportunity. Enter Vivun. Hero, by Vivun is made specifically for the sales engineering team to manage opportunities, record notes, run reports on opps, submit product enhancement requests, and gauge the validity of certain opportunities from a technical perspective.
  • Build out checklists for opps

  • integrate seamlessly with SFDC
  • tie notes to a specific activity
  • user interface and navigation
  • Technical notes capture
  • activity tracking
  • POV checklist
  • Ability to report on sales engineering time spent on an opportunity
  • enter product enhancement requests based on customer feedback, which saves time by not having to log into Jira
  • selecting activities from our calendars and tie to opps is a big time saver

There are some major gaps in feature functionality that I would expect for a tool that is supposed to integrate well with SFDC. For instance, notes do not format in SFDC the way they do in Hero, by Vivun. Also, sales notes do not carry over from SFDC to Hero, by Vivun, so I still find myself logging into SFDC to view important info.
