They are a great solution for any company using NetSuite's ERP platform as it is a direct integration into the software platform. They are able to accept all major credit card providers and their rates seem to be in line with the industry. As a small business, we do not have an account rep which does leave us feeling unimportant.

Capturing manual payments is also an option does well. You might want to think about adding a security platform on top of what NMI offers.
