Merchant e-Solutions vs. PayU

They are a great solution for any company using NetSuite's ERP platform as it is a direct integration into the software platform. They are able to accept all major credit card providers and their rates seem to be in line with the industry. As a small business, we do not have an account rep which does leave us feeling unimportant.

Payu is extremely affordable. It is great for small businesses which are just starting out. It doesn't have a minimum orders caveat. It doesn't ask for any upfront costs or annual or monthly costs. The only cost you will ever pay is processing fee. I strongly recommend every e-commerce website must try it

• Sometimes payment page fails but that's normal

Perhaps they treat larger clients better, but we do not have an account rep and the only time we interact is when we have a problem or reach out to them.

• Our revenues have increased by at least 10%
• Our abandoned carts have reduced by at least 15% as the failure due to payment page have reduced
• We have a better website ranking as we get a high quality backing from Payu. This is good from SEO standpoint
