Merchant e-Solutions vs. TransactionCloud

They are a great solution for any company using NetSuite's ERP platform as it is a direct integration into the software platform. They are able to accept all major credit card providers and their rates seem to be in line with the industry. As a small business, we do not have an account rep which does leave us feeling unimportant.

Transactioncloud is well suited when it comes to Invoicing & billing, Analytics is another good part to keep a track of subscriptions. pay as you go feature is well suited us as we can easily determine our budget.

Perhaps they treat larger clients better, but we do not have an account rep and the only time we interact is when we have a problem or reach out to them.
