It's very easy to use, the new version with the touch screen is absolutely outstanding. It's easy to set up and provide login instructions for everyone who uses it as well..

Can be used in any communication scenario. I recommend it for everything from helpdesk professionals to managers who use it for online meetings and can make and receive voip calls using the headset. The Poly 7200 office series is a very comfortable portable wireless headset that I can take home and use on my softphone when I'm at home office. It has a good price for the cost benefit offered by Poly.

It's just a wonderful phone system. It's insanely helpful and easy to set up queues, groups etc
