• Prior--Useful to know everything about the client prior to meet up, including buying patterns, credit history, last order, etc.
• During--Instant order undertaking, promote new or slow moving stock, collections on the go
• After--Advantage of not having to duplicate entries (such as handwritten orders) reduces followup activity

Paytronix has been a helpful partner in maintaining our loyalty and gift card programs. The company can assist in the building, executing, and reviewing of customer outreach "campaigns," whether it is a temporary promo or basic point collection. We appreciate the partnership we have created with our customers and other business. They ask for users' feedback and take it seriously.

• Would like it to expand in to a mini ERP with other modules such as CRM, WMS, TMS

• Building reports could be easier
• Integration with some systems can be tricky
• Account filters for reports
