The system is quick and easy to use for our front-line staff allowing them to serve our members extremely fast. Additional functionality n some modules would allow us to move off some third party vendors and do it within the existing system.

  • Collections modules do not have everything we would like.
  • A way to allow users to update their software without them having to have local administrative rights.
