Neat vs. Teampay

If you need a program to keep all of your receipts in one place and have the ability to report on them, then Neat is the program you want. Also, if you want to get rid of all the business cards you have laying around but keep the contact info, Neat is the program you need.

Well suited for simple payroll needs. Not a great option for large companies looking for more detailed reports. We have always been able to get employees paid on time and easily.

• Wish it had the ability to edit business cards, i.e. lighten dark ones.
• Wish you could scan 2 pages into one receipt - to include backup.

The best support is not having to use support... and I have NOT had to use Neat support!

Teampay was simplified and great for smaller businesses. ADP Workforce Now has many add-on features, while Teampay feels more basic but effective.

• Saves a lot of time by having digitized business cards.
• Saves time categorizing charge card receipts at the end of the month.
