Netcore.ai vs. SuperOffice CRM

This platform seems to be a perfect one for email marketing, newsletters, tracking of emails, etc. I've heard it's also a good platform for lead management, their scorring and grading, lead nurturing, building product related tracking such as API integration, retention cohorts, flows, etc. however, haven't tried that part personally.

Not the most modern or integrated crm in the world in my opinion. I feel that the user interface needs to be redone and modernized, the mobile app is outdated, and the cloud-based Microsoft Exchange calendar sync is way too expensive.

• Increase in the number of customers as the conversion of users is increasing.
• Strategically targeting customers according to their taste.
• Deliver instant SMS, emails etc. which is great.
• Single click analytic reports.

• Need a mobile app too, so that we can access it easily. It is only cloud-based.

UI/UX would need some love and modernization, mobile app is out of date in my opinion.

Netcore Smartech offers much wide range of products and services instead of just the ones related to Marketing. It offers lead management, their scoring and the sales cycles which the Sales teams can also use in future. Also, it offers a lot more integrations and automations which can sincerely help sales teams define their flow and daily processes.
