Likelihood to Recommend	Noom, Inc Noom is great for building habits. It is a platform that has a thoughtful design for encouraging use. I personally know many people who have had great success with it. However, I myself did not see great results. This may be because I am extremely busy in my role and dedicating the appropriate amount of time is a challenge. Alternatives Considered	Noom, Inc I have used My Fitness Pal, Lose It, and Apple’s Health Feature. Noom is the most sophisticated of these and also distinct in the type of educational material embedded into the program. The food tracker is perhaps equal to other programs, such as My Fitness Pal- but those other programs do not have anything like what Noom offers in habit building and support.
