OneAdvanced People vs. Peoplebox

Advanced Cloud HR helps to solve problems with diversified magnitude and changing needs of an organization, the ones which are faced by the HR department obviously. This tool is a simple solution to most of the challenging HR tasks like leave application, Training tracking, Career progression, and many others. Peoplebox is well suited to assign goals and track outcomes when the teams are aligned well internally and the goals are well defined with quantitative outcomes. It has limitations when it comes to integrating Peoplebox with internal toolkits and collaboration tools like Asana, Slack, and others. However, it works well with Google sheets.

• Integrations with tools like slack and asana are tedious.
• Goals are difficult to link across multiple people.
• Quantitative progress has to be updated manually in absence of the right integrations.

This is a cloud-native application and it's very easy to implement and deploy across multiple platforms. This makes it a go-to tool for many organizations. However, the above-mentioned tools are no way less. They are the market leaders in the HRM department and are already established, players. But considering the price tag, they carry on license Advance Cloud HR is absolutely a no-brainer choice for organizations looking to get value for money.

Although both tasks allow monitoring team members' task progress and activity reporting, they are a bit different. It's hard to comp [are these two tools, although People soft was much easier for me to use (more intuitive) while I was a team member of a small team.
