Open Options DNA Fusion vs. Proxyclick by Eptura

It is suited for any area where you need to control doors. The licensing is cost effective for small or large deployments. Very good for handling COVID related access protocols. It is really a great solution for access control.

Proxyclick by Eptura is good for managing site access and keeping on top of what visitors we have on site. Ensuring they’ve all filled out a form and received a pass. However, some visitors report not getting the access email which can be annoying. I’ve also experienced Proxyclick by Eptura not working on a meeting invite I’ve added it to in the past.

• Could simplify the integration a bit
• Releases can be a little unstable

It is usable it would just be good if there was more training out there on certain aspects of it.

I also don’t know why it doesn’t work on some meeting invites and why sometimes guests do not get the site access form that they have to fill out twenty four hours before arriving.
