- If you need to review a lot of documents and don't want to spend a lot of money with all needed software licenses, this product is good. - If you have a document with sensitive information that you would like to share to someone but removing that sensitive part, you can create a view and share with them. - The tool ensures the content is not leaving the repository and source file can't be edited. If you're overwhelmed with too many things to do, and need help deciding which tasks to focus on, Priority Matrix is for you. Priority Matrix uses the classic Eisenhower matrix methodology which has been shown to be really effective for this purpose. Now you can use an app for that, instead of a piece of paper or Excel.

• Native applications don't need to be installed on users' machines.
• Compatible with ECM systems, communicates with their own products - OpenText.
• There is a function to create views, restricting some contents to specific people.
• Password protection when publishing
• Business processes can be digitally signed.
• Check difference feature allows to compare differences in 2 documents.

• Reduce internal email messages

• OpenText Brava couldn't open some documents because a few fonts are not readable.
• I didn't find an integration with Microsoft Power Apps at least.

• It works better if you're familiar with the Eisenhower matrix

The focus of Priority Matrix is on prioritization. Other apps exist that do a fine job with task and project management, but none of them equal Priority Matrix in terms of focusing your attention on the right task. The 80/20 principle that people often talk about (80% of the results come from 20% of the inputs) is clearly visible when you use PM.

• Spend less in other licenses to open specific types of files.

• Less context switching due to having all the Microsoft integrations
• Having everyone work on the right task without need for frequent sync meetings
• Reaching inbox zero with peace of mind
