OpenText Email Archiving and Management vs. Proofpoint Archive

The OpenText Email Archiving and Management solution allows us to centrally manage all of your mailboxes, including PSTs, MSG files, and EMLs. Before implementing this solution, we had several different tools that struggled to work across platforms. It is a great email archiving and management tool for any business no matter its size. It's extremely user-friendly for the everyday employee and the tech support team is fantastic.

As a business archiving software, Proofpoint Enterprise Archive offers the best security features, it's scalable, highly secure, and most importantly, it's cloud-based. All these features make it irresistible.

• Implementation can be a little sluggish.

• The software is highly secure guaranteeing the security of our business files.
• Searching through the archive is easy.
• It's scalable which is a plus.
