• The user interface crashes sometimes
• If we have more than 5000 impressions, then we will have to take a paid plan. This might not be feasible for small businesses
• It would be great if they offer email marketing services too

OptiMonk specialises in website pop-ups. As such they have a wide variety. They keep on improving with time and make the experience better. They also offer a lot of tips and free useful content for ecommerce websites.
