Overall Satisfaction with OptiMonk
OptiMonk is very useful to collect email id from website visitors. These leads can then be targeted through various email marketing campaigns etc. The pop-ups are very interactive but do not disturb the user experience either.
- Huge variety of pop up templates
- Holiday themes templates such as Christmas, Thanksgiving etc.
- Perfect time delay
- Segmentation based on user journey
- The user interface crashes sometimes
- If we have more than 5000 impressions, then we will have to take a paid plan. This might not be feasible for small businesses
- It would be great if they offer email marketing services too
