PaycheckCity vs. Quickbooks Workforce

This is a great tool that works extremely well for smaller businesses. I am not sure how it would perform against enterprise tools.

Much of the front-end employee onboarding is handled via a simple link. Further, when the employees have questions about their time, schedule, pay stubs, etc., they know they can log in to Workforce and 9 times out of 10 get the answer to their question. It has saved me a lot of time in that aspect.

• Time off requests can get a little confusing, especially for hourly employees who may not be scheduled for 8 hours, but the default time off is set to 8 hours. I wish it matched their schedules because I have to correct time balances a lot.

Very easy and intuitive to use. Easy to get people started without a steep learning curve. Able to track changes.

This is really the only tool I have personally used but it has saved a lot of time and worked well so we have not had the need to try another. There are not really any competitors or options we have tried besides traditional payment methods

Quickbooks Online Payroll is so much simpler, better suited for business with regular salary or hourly employees that do not have different work schedules
