PayrollHero vs. WorkTime

To organize and keep up with streamlined company procedures, use PayrollHero. The fact that PayrolHero is a cloud-based service that allows me to access it from any location and on any device is what I value the most. Another feature that I like is you can create profiles of all employees with their work histories so you can be more organized and evaluate performance. It allows you to track time worked by employees, see where the employees are in real-time, and use facial recognition to ensure they adhere to their schedules.

If you're not doing all your work on your computer, you'll find this software pretty useless unless you can login and then logout when you start and end your day. However, I will definitely recommend it to anyone who does an hourly paid job. It's much easier to calculate wages with timely reporting. Great support team software and flexible working hours.

• Employee Clock-in is the best function of this software.
• It helps with managing attendance which can be further used for reporting purpose.
• Works great with my iPhone and the web based browsers.

WorkTime has very helpful employees. Even the CEO is welcoming and easy to reach. They provide full support via chat and email. Their tech department even created special script to help me fulfill needs of my team. You can also reach then on the phone via their business hours. The downside is the absence of 24/7 support or at least an Irish subsidiary for local users support.

PayrollHero functions well than other available applications for HR management. It helps easy time tracking with better reporting for management. The interface can be improved more to make it unique and professional. But over all it helps with managing HR day to day operations easily. It has been great tool for HR people

We're using employee monitoring for the first time

• Make it easy for the payroll team to check the employees attendance.
• This tool can be accessible anywhere from any device.
• Organized time in and out for employees.
