This tool has made managing business processes easier. Our company is quite large, and the managers can't control everything. Attendance, productivity and applications use are key metrics to us.

This tool tracks attendance pretty accurately. We've found this feature particularly useful for our large team. However, if you want to record screenshots, you won't be able to do so with this tool.

We've been using this service for our remote team. We knew we needed it as soon as we noticed a decrease in productivity among our work-from-home employees.
  • URL monitoring.
  • Productive/Unproductive time monitoring.
For now, it's difficult to say because we've only tried the software on our remote workers.
  • Every feature is important, but the software usage report could save you a lot of money. Perhaps we'll use this tool in other departments to see how licensed software is used.
  • Productivity increased.

We use this software for a variety of support teams. Thanks to WorkTime reports, we have a clear picture of the workload and it helps us determine when our employees need more backup on shifts. It is also easier to calculate wages when you know the exact time each employee starts and ends their working day and the general composite of their working hours.
  • Accurate data.
  • Tracks time and attendance.
  • Allows blocking websites and programs.
If you're not doing all your work on your computer, you'll find this software pretty useless unless you can login and then logout when you start and end your day. However, I will definitely recommend it to anyone who does an hourly paid job. It's much easier to calculate wages with timely reporting. Great support team software and flexible working hours.

WorkTime has very helpful employees. Even the CEO is welcoming and easy to reach. They provide full support via chat and email. Their tech department even created special script to help me fulfill needs of my team. You can also reach then on the phone via their business hours. The downside is the absence of 24/7 support or at least an Irish subsidiary for local users support.
